Job Details:

A tier 1 construction firm is searching for an Commercial Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended.
 The hourly rate is £10 - £13 PAYE or £14 - £17 LTD / umbrella.


Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MUST have CONSTRUCTION experience
  • A full UK driving license
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
  • AAT or RICS qualification
  • Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus
  • The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
  • Booking meetings skills

Responsibilities:

Preparation of reporting requirements and deliveries, Checking and approval of invoices, Invoice batching, GRN notes, Supply Reconciliations, Deal within Query resolution, Entering material tickets onto the system, Raising minor orders, Allocation and coding of all delivery tickets, working alongside the commercial team to help out with all administration and checking documentation is in order, Evaluation of costs, Assist commercial lead, , Prepare cost transfers so cost allocation is accurate, Creating final cost reports and Ad-Hoc duties
