Job Details:

We have a new job working with a UK leading construction business on an ongoing freelance  and long term contract.
Candidates need to have residential experience and need to have a diplomatic approach with both customers and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Experience with residential projects
  • Familiar with NHBC standards
  • Trades background, NVQ or degree qualified.
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
  • Must have managing multiple trades skills
  • SMSTS qualification
  • Good work ethics
  • Well organized and behaved
Responsibilities:
  • Interface with customers and construction teams to identify and close out defects
  • Produce weekly reports on progress
  • Managing H&S and QA on site
  • Produce emails and paperwork
  • Establish and manage good working relations with the legacy construction teams, consultants and Contractor representatives.
  • Able to work from office and travel to various sites to manage final finishes
