Job Details:
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Old Street (Moorgate)

We are looking for the great opportunity for the role of an experienced Maintenance Engineer.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in commercial building services
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
  • Building maintenance skills
  • Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises is preferable
  • Strong work ethics
  • Organized and well behaved
Role/Duties:

The job is for a fan coil unit maintenance tech, this include the maintenance and repair to fan coils within tenant apartments. There are critical systems on site such as High Voltage, generators, UPS etc however you will be trained and you will be reporting into the on-site supervisor with a great team of engineers working with you.
