Job Details:
We are looking  for a Site Administrator/Receptionist to join a major Residential developer in South London.This is an excellent opportunity to working in a dual admin / reception type duty while working for a large residential developer who has a track record of success with their projects.
  • Taking calls and emails
  • Being the front of house
  • Working closely alongside the Project Manager
  • General administration
  • Signing visitors in and out
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Ideally have experience within a similar environment & job
  • Experience of Dynamics 365 be a bonus, but this is not essential as training will be provided
  • Booking meetings skills
  • Qualification (17th edition)
  • Educational requirements (Asset degree)
  • Good work ethics
  • Organized and well behaved
