Job Details:
We are seeking for a Document Controller with Aconex experience to join my top
tier client on a long term freelance basis and It will be an immediate start.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate
must have experience in Document Control (at least 2- 3 years), strong attention to detail, organized and show a
good work ethic and be committed and have previously used Aconex.

meetings, compiling health
& safety procedures, coordination
of subcontractors, cost
reporting, dealing with
building regulations, dealing
with sub contractors, document
control systems, edms
knowledge, eye for detail, filing & archiving, full project life cycle, health & safety, joinery, liaising with clients & architects, liaising with technical teams, looking at drawings, management health & safety, managing client, managing health & safety, managing multiple trades, managing site team, meeting & greeting clients, microsoft office packages, minute taking, overseeing quality assurance, payments, procurement, producing
look ahead programmes, project
tracking on excel, rams, rfi cvi's and site instructions, take offs, variations and upload & download drawings on to dc system.
Duties:
Your roll will be archiving of site documentation recording and
numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable, maintain site registers of design reviews, generate document
numbers, quality checking all documentation and communication, Issuing
communication status and Ad Hoc administration duties.
