Job Details:

We are seeking for a Commercial Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended.

The hourly rate is £10 - £13 PAYE or £14 - £17 LTD / umbrella.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must required construction experience, excellent communication skills, A full UK driving license, strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word, AAT or RICS qualification, booking meetings skills, ability to multitask and have high attention to detail and Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus.

Duties:

Your roll will be checking and approval of invoices, Invoice batching, GRN notes, Supply Reconciliations, Deal within Query resolution, Raising minor orders, Allocation and coding of all delivery tickets, Evaluation of costs, working alongside the commercial team to help out with all administration and checking documentation is in order,  Assist commercial lead, Preparation of reporting requirements and deliveries, Prepare cost transfers so cost allocation is accurate, Creating final cost reports and Ad-Hoc duties.
