Job Details:

We are seeking for Facilities Administrator in AYLESBURY, HP19. It will be an immediate start .

Requirements:
  • Have previous experience
  • Be reliable and flexible; able to consider extra hours if needed
  • Good work ethics
  • Experience with a leading cleaning company
  • Organized and well behaved
Duties:

As Facilities Administrator, your roll will be Working on the client site, this is a front facing busy role which requires the person to be highly organised, confident, able to work under pressure with excellent customer service skills, Good knowledge of excel, word required; training given on specific packages, Ability to collate data, produce written documents, MI on request, Ability to take minutes/ actions at client meetings, Knowledge of Facility Management within buildings would be an advantage and Provide cover for the receptionist as required.
