We are seeking for an experienced Architectural technologist to work on multiple large-scale Residential and Mixed-use projects in the UK.

Requirements:

The candidate must required excellent CAD skills, knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch Up is also desirable, good understanding of planning policy, revit skills, excellent technical/building regulations knowledge, a solid understanding of technical design, 4+ years of experience in architectural practice, Revit is necessary, experience in residential developments is preferred - other sector experience considered, good work ethics and well behaved

Duties:

As the Revit Technician, your roll will be producing architectural drawings (planning and/or building regulation), communicating with internal and external consultants and UK based projects - Hospitality.

JOB DETAILS:

A famous and academically strong primary school in Westcombe in Greenwich are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teaching assistant to join them in September 2019. Ideally the graduate teaching assistant will have previously worked with children either in a similar setting or in a tutoring capacity. This is a long-term contract beginning in the new academic year in September 2019.The successful teaching assistant will be working in KS1 and KS2.

The teaching assistant will be working full-time Monday to Friday and will not be expected to work during school holidays.  This is a relatively large school start 2 form entry. 
Education to a degree level would be ideal for this position (2:2 or above). 
The school are offering a competitive daily rate for the successful teaching assistant.
