A freelance Site Manager is needed to oversee a new build residential development consisting of 35 apartments in Islington, North London. The scheme has been on site for 6 months and is due to complete in December 2020 with future projects currently being tendered.

Duties:

Your roll will be to make sure smooth construction process including, Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, responsible for implementing the construction programme on site and overseeing subcontractor work, Management of the programme & minimizing/eliminating potential programme delays.
