Job Details:
We are looking for Welsh
speaking Administrator. This role will be starting in January, with the
interviews taking place in December.
Cardiff City Centre location (near to major
commuting routes and train stations).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have Fluency in Welsh and
English is essential for this role - which will be tested within the interview
stage, Customer service experience, good work ethics and well behaved.
Duties:
Your roll will be Dealing with high volumes of case
administration, including chasing customers for further information when
required, accurately inputting the information, gathering documents, assessing
the information and processing this to issue the certificates, referring cases
when needs to be other departments, and checking in with them for regular
updates and Working within a team to achieve the overall goals of the
departments.
Benefits:
You will be offer 28 days holiday, plus 8 days bank
holiday, plus an additional 3 days Christmas leave which increases by 1 day
each year, up to 30 days, salary of £20,000, hours are Monday - Friday 7am
- 6:30 pm (37 hours per week, with your choice of working hours).
